Reservations
By placing a deposit or purchasing an animal from us, you have indicated acceptance to the following agreement & terms:

All deposits are$100 and Non-refundable
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation for does and bucks
​Deposits are not required for wethers or to be put an adult doe wait list
Priority is give to Performance Herds First
We reserve the right to retain any kid bred by our farm at any time, at our discretion.
All breedings are subject to change until the doe is confirmed bred.

If your reservation becomes available half of the total price is due within 1 week of notice. If the amount is not paid in this time, your deposit will be forfeited and the kid will be sold to the next buyer on the reservation list. The remainder amount is due in two - three weeks when the kid is picked up unless another time has been agreed upon by both parties. Most of our
kids are co-dam raised, all are trained on a bottle at one week old. ​

If your reservation is rolled over from the previous year and the price of the kid increases , the new price applies to your reservation.
​Transportation is the buyers responsibility. If a health certificate is required it will be the buyer's expense.
​
​We give CDT vaccine to all our pregnant does approximately 4-5 weeks before they kid so they can pass on their immunities to their offspring. We give all kids their first CDT vaccine at 7 weeks old and we recommend our buyers to repeat their 2nd dose in 21 days. We also administer Coccidia prevention to all our kids at 3 weeks old and repeated every 21 days until they are 3 - 4 months old.
​All kids will be disbudded before they leave the farm unless agreed upon otherwise. If the party has chosen to not disbud the price for the kid must be paid for in full at 3 days of age.

We are always available for mentoring and resources to help you learn to care for your new baby or adult, but we can not guarantee the health of any animal once it leaves our farm.NO Guarantee will be extended. We care very much for every animal we have and wish them the very best in their new home!
